Dekon Congress & Tourism Inc. ("we") incorporated and registered in TURKIYE recognizes the importance of your privacy. We carry out our activities in line with the applicable data protection regulation including the Personal Data Protection Law Numbered 6698 ("PDPL") and other related laws.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") aims to explain how we collect, use, store, share, dispose of and protect personal data you have chosen to share with us.

We may collect personal data directly by you through our websites, social media accounts or orally or in writing at our event.

We may collect and process your personal data, including name, surname, identity number information, address information, affiliated institution information, photographs and video recordings provided in order to ensure your participation in the Chaincon Istanbul organization, to register correctly and effectively, to organize and promote our event and organization, and to communicate with you about our events we might organize in the future.

We may process your personal data by relying on the following legal bases:

• If your personal data is required for the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2(c) of the PDPL),
• Which is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company (Article 5/2(f) of the PDPL),
• Which is your explicit consent (Article 5/1 of the PDPL).

We may share or transfer your personal data based on the legal bases specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL. We may share your personal data with digital marketing companies, information technology service providers and our business partners, suppliers and group companies for the above-mentioned purposes.

If you provide your consent, we may share your photographs, video recordings and interviews taken at our event through our websites and social media accounts. You can always withdraw your explicit consent by contacting us via gdpr@dekon.com.tr e-mail address.

You may submit your requests to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the PDPL through our gdpr@dekon.com.tr e-mail address. We will respond to your application free of charge. However, we may charge the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board if your application requires an additional cost.
